2. General Information and Purpose of Use
This application is used for submitting a request to the data controller pursuant to Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
In this form, the data controller is referred to as “StoneArchive.”
The applicant shall be informed of the outcome of their request as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on the nature of the request.
3. Method of Application
You may submit your application using any of the methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board and via the “Support / Contact Us” section within the application.

StoneArchive shall evaluate requests submitted by data subjects and provide a response within a maximum of 30 days. Responses may be provided in written or electronic form, depending on the circumstances.
